Service: StanFit online coaching: a training programme built for you and rebuilt as you go, a full monthly review, a flexible nutrition plan, check-ins weekly or monthly, and WhatsApp access to Stan.

Delivery: Pay, then message us on WhatsApp from the number you give below, and answer a few onboarding questions. Your programme is built from those answers.
Placing the order: Choose your plan, enter your first name and WhatsApp number, tick the three confirmations, then press the pay button. You are taken to Stripe to pay, and the contract is formed when your payment is accepted.
Correcting mistakes: Nothing is submitted until you press the pay button, so you can change any answer on this page before then. Stripe lets you go back before paying. If something is wrong afterwards, email us and we will put it right.
Your copy: We email you a confirmation you can keep, to the address you give on the payment page, and we file your order with these terms. These terms stay on this site, and you can save or print them from your browser at any time.
Complaints: Our complaints policy sets out how to raise a problem and what we do about it. We are not signed up to an alternative dispute resolution provider.
