Use whichever you prefer. Both go straight to us, and the message is already written for you.
Your cancellation takes effect from the day you send that message, not the day we reply. We'll confirm it in writing within 2 working days.
What happens next
- Billing stops. You won't be charged again after the date you cancel.
- You keep what you've paid for. On monthly, your coaching continues to the end of the month you've already paid for.
- You get it in writing. We'll email you a confirmation, so you have a record.
- Your data. What happens to it afterwards is set out in our Privacy Notice.
We don't charge a cancellation fee, and we don't ask you to call anyone or sit through a retention offer.
If you're on the annual plan
You can cancel whenever you want. Because £790 bought a twelve-month commitment at a lower rate, cancelling early means you lose the discount rather than the coaching: we charge the months you've had at the standard £79 rate and refund the balance.
Cancel after four months, for example: 4 × £79 = £316 retained, £474 refunded within 14 days.
You'll never owe more than the £790 you paid. £790 is exactly ten months at £79, so after ten months there is simply nothing left to refund, and we won't bill you for the rest.
If your plan is set to renew and you only want to stop it renewing, say so — that isn't a cancellation, it costs you nothing, and your coaching runs to the end of the year you paid for.
If you're within your first 14 days
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. What you get back depends on what we'd already started:
- Coaching you've already received — reviews, check-ins, WhatsApp access — is charged pro-rata for the days you had it, and the rest is refunded.
- Your training programme is digital content. If you consented at checkout to us building it straight away, that part isn't refundable once we've started it.
Monthly, worked example: you subscribe on the 1st and cancel on day 10 of a 30-day month. 10 ÷ 30 × £79 = £26.33 is retained, and £52.67 is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
Annual, worked example: the same law applies, worked against the £790 you actually paid, so a month costs £790 ÷ 12 = £65.83 — not the £79 monthly rate. Cancelling inside the 14 days normally means one month has been supplied, so £724.17 comes back.
The full detail is in section 6 of our Terms of Service.
The model cancellation form
The law gives consumers a standard form for cancelling within those 14 days. You do not have to use it — the two buttons above, or any other clear statement that you want to cancel, work exactly the same. It is here because you are entitled to have it.

Just need a break instead?
Only if it suits you better — it's not a condition of cancelling. You can suspend your subscription for up to 60 days in any calendar year without losing your place. Billing pauses while you're away. Tell us on WhatsApp if you'd rather do that.
Something went wrong?
If you're cancelling because of a problem with the coaching, we'd like the chance to put it right — but that's entirely your call, and it doesn't hold up your cancellation. Our Complaints Policy explains how that works.
